How do you encourage volunteers to sign-up?

Our mission– to attract women, first-generation Permanent Residents and new citizens between 18 and 45 years of age to sign up for the volunteer corps. The website’s main goal is to showcase a variety of roles in nine categories across three services: Army, Navy and Air Force.
